William Angelo, Jr.
Certified Public Accountant
Bill is the founder and Managing Partner of Angelo & Associates CPAs. He has grown his accounting practice from a single-employee firm in 1984 to a ten-employee firm with an office located in Clark, NJ. Bill works extensively in the area of Business and Individual tax preparation, Estate tax return preparation and planning services and Business Consulting.
In addition to Bill’s accounting practice, he is also licensed as a Financial Consultant. Bill provides his clients with personal wealth management advice and retirement planning services. This diversity of services paired with personal attention has led to long-term client retention; with many business relations spanning multiple decades.
Bill is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Billy is a Partner with Angelo & Associates CPAs and has been in the accounting industry for 20 years.
Billy has a voracious appetite for knowledge and is an avid reader of business, leadership, philosophy, psychology, and health and wellness books. His mindset of continual learning, coupled with two decades of hands-on experience with businesses, puts him in an optimal position to add value. Billy is constantly seeking fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to be the best CPA and consultant for his clients and the most effective leader for his team.
Billy has a large and diverse network and loves to forge meaningful connections within it. He advocates for collaboration (not competition) and facilitates partnerships between individuals and organizations. Whether it's introducing two complementary businesses for a strategic alliance or connecting a client with a specialist to address specific needs, Billy enjoys driving positive outcomes for all involved and is relentless in his quest for win-win scenarios.

Rod Ciccone

Rod brings to our clients the unique prospective of being involved in both private and public accounting activities in order to best serve their individual needs. He has over 35 years experience concentrating in Federal and New Jersey decedent estate and trusts, For-profit accounting, Homeowner associations, Not-for-profit organizations, Financial statement preparation, Partnership, corporate and not-for-profit taxation, International accounting, and Computerized accounting systems.
Rod is a graduate of Rutgers University, with a BA in Accounting and Economics and an MBA in finance. Rod was a controller for Barnabas Health, New Jersey and a controller for Environmental Service Company, Texas

Teresa Stornelli
Certified Public Accountant
Since joining the world of public accounting after earning her Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, Teresa has passionately assisted small businesses with their financial and tax needs. She takes pride in offering expert advice, beginning with guiding clients on the most suitable business entity type and tax elections. Backed by her proficient knowledge in various Intuit and Thomson Reuters programs, including QuickBooks and AccountingCS, she provides our clients with customized financial reports throughout the course of the year.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Teresa guided clients through SBA-funded programs such as PPP and EIDL loans. Her efforts were particularly notable in assisting employers who maintained their workforce despite economic downturns, aiding them in applying for the Employee Retention Credit.
Building and maintaining close relationships with clients is central to Teresa's approach. Beyond periodic reporting, she's there to guide them in tax and retirement planning. Even at the peak of our busy season, Teresa never compromises on client communication, ensuring every interaction is clear, timely, and insightful. To her, establishing genuine relationships with business owners is paramount in effectively doing her job.
Teresa is an active member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and a past recipient of their undergraduate scholarship, demonstrating her longstanding commitment to the field of accounting. She is a licensed CPA in both the states of Connecticut and New Jersey.
